"T" stands for transformation. That is a word you will hear a lot around NorthWood Church. We believe that every person, regardless of their age, needs to love God, connect with people and serve the world. Through these three principles, your child will experience a transformed life or T-Life for short. Our goal in T-Kids is to come alongside parents to help their child encounter Jesus Christ and experience his transforming power. Each week your kiddo will receive devotional material and a Bible verse to memorize. Kingdom Kash can be earned by completing devotional lessons, reciting the weekly Bible verse or bringing a friend. Periodically, we host a T-Kids Shoppe where kids can spend their Kingdom Kash on crazy fun things that every kid loves. There are four groups that welcome your kiddo to the fun.

Kingdom Kritters (3 years old)

Kingdom Kritters is the program for our youngest kids. Each child will be nurtured and cared for in a safe, age-appropriate and loving environment. It is our desire to see these little ones come to understand who Jesus is and how loved they are. Our three year olds will be exposed to Biblical truth and have the opportunity to begin to memorize God’s Word. We make a commitment to encourage every child to learn Scripture.

Discovery Kids (4 years old through 2nd Grade)

This program is for kids aged four year olds through second grade. Each child will be guided to understand Biblical truth by discovering God’s plan for their lives. The objective is to encourage our kids to establish personal worship habits. They will receive devotional materials to guide them on their personal journey of faith and the Scripture they learn will help to guide them all of their lives.

Journey Kids (3rd & 4th Grade)

Journey Kids is the program designed for our third and fourth grade students. Each week Biblical life lessons are taught in fun and creative ways that encourage the kids to walk out their faith at home, school and in their neighborhoods. Journey Kids will learn to develop personal worship habits through 5 devotional lessons each week.

Preteens (5th & 6th Grade)

At NorthWood we understand the importance of good friends. Every Wednesday night in the Shed, Preteens can experience awesome worship, terrific coaches, crazy games, and Bible memorization. Each student will learn God’s Word and how they apply it to their lives. The Shed is where all that comes together.
