A key word in NorthWood's vocabulary is glocal (global + local). God’s love has no borders, and He calls us to share this love with people in our own backyard and around the world. We do this through mobilizing our people to serve in transformation opportunities using their vocational skills, talents, passions and giftings. We dare you to find a talent or vocational skill we cannot use in making a glocal impact. After all, God designed you for something special and our Glocal Impact staff is here to help you fulfill your God given purpose. NorthWood also trains and equips leaders to start new churches with similar glocal DNA.
