The Ladera Palms apartment complex just south of downtown Fort Worth is the new home of many refugees who have found safe haven in our country. NorthWood Church wants to help them get on their feet, and you can be part of that effort.

The Glocal Impact ministry is hosting a Career Workshop at Ladera Palms on Saturday, June 16 from 11am-2pm in the Clubhouse at Ladera. We need volunteers to help man stations that teach basic workplace skills such as:

Proper hygiene in the workplace
How to complete a job application
Resume building
Mock interview practice
Job counseling (in partnership with World Relief)
